I need the most improvement in the leading area. I dont think of myself as that great of a leader and i could use some work in that department. I feel that its a lot easier to follow directions rather than making them. Being a good leader is essential to being sucessful. Ive never had a job before and i think that when describing myself on a job application and a job interview, talking about me being a good leader would look good.
